Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable 50% deposit shall be taken at time of booking.
All accounts must be paid on arrival using the same card as was used to pay this deposit.

No reduction is made from temporary absence, meals not taken, premature departure for any reason, nor for accommodation not required after confirmation of booking.

In the unfortunate event of cancellation, deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances and therefore we do recommend that you take out insurance.

If cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before 00.30 on the date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

If cancelled or modified later, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Where possible, specially requested rooms will be reserved, but we retain the right to substitute rooms of a similar standard should circumstances necessitate alteration.

We aim to provide the best holiday possible and we appreciate all of your comments. However, we ask that any issues be immediately brought to our attention as we may be unable to deal positively with them at a later date.
