Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable 50% deposit shall be taken at time of booking.
All accounts must be paid either prior to, or on arrival. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and Visa Delta. Cheques are also accepted if presented at least ten days in advance of arrival. We do not charge for using Debit Cards; however, please note that a 3% charge is applicable for Credit Card transactions. No reduction is made from temporary absence, meals not taken, premature departure for any reason, nor for accommodation not required after confirmation of booking.

In the unfortunate event of cancellation, deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances and therefore we do recommend that you take out insurance.

In the event that accommodation is not relet a charge of 2/3rds of the total balance is payable.

Where possible, specially requested rooms will be reserved, but we retain the right to substitute rooms of a similar standard should circumstances necessitate alteration.

We aim to provide the best holiday possible and we appreciate all of your comments. However, we ask that any issues be immediately brought to our attention as we may be unable to deal positively with them at a later date.
